Operation Frontline Cooking Classes

Fresh Approach is launching a new program to bring free, healthy cooking classes to low-income Bay Area residents. We are looking for partner organizations who would like to host classes, and volunteer chefs and nutritionists who would like to teach them. To get involved, email us! SNAP Outreach

Fresh Approach has launched a program to increase SNAP (food stamp) redemption at local farmers' markets. We are also planning a SNAP incentive program for spring and summer of 2010, which will give SNAP customers extra farmers' market funds to buy fresh, locally-grown fruits and veggies. Stay tuned!
